Inside the Company

Molten ceramic sand (commonly known as "Ceramsite sand") is aluminum oxide (Al2O3) as the main component of the calcined bauxite, by melting, blowing, screening made of different particle size of casting sand. The product structure is dense, the grain type is very spherical, the surface is smooth and the surface area is small, with high temperature resistance, good permeability, collapsibility, resistance to acid and alkali erosion, low crushing rate, high regeneration performance, cost performance is better than chromite sand, zircon sand and other casting sand. The application of molten ceramic sand can improve the quality of castings, reduce production costs, reduce environmental pollution, and avoid occupational silicosis caused by traditional modeling materials. Molten ceramic sand is an ideal new type of environmental protection foundry sand in the industry at present, and has a very broad development prospect.
