1. Dense spherical grain shape: the grain shape is spherical, the surface is smooth and the surface area is small, fluidity and filling is excellent. 3. Good crushing resistance: The volume of molten ceramic sand is compact, high strength, and it is rarely broken after repeated regeneration, which greatly improves the recycling rate of molding sand, reduces the amount of waste sand, and is conducive to environmental protection.
4. High refractoriness: the main component is aluminum oxide, PH value is neutral, is an aluminum silicon refractory material, refractory performance is very good, can meet the requirements of various metals and alloy casting.
5. Small bulk density: The bulk density is less than that of chromite sand and zircon sand, thus reducing the cost of using high-quality sand.
